Kickoff!

In one weeks time, our team will gather together at the Ohio State University campus, eagerly awaiting to discover what the FRC 2014 game will be. In 2012, the game was Rebound Rumble. The team made Glitch, a robot able to shoot basketballs into hoops and balance on bridges. In 2013, the game was Ultimate Ascent. During the 2013 season, we built Sketchy, a robot that launched frisbees into goals and was capable of climbing a pryamid. We can't wait to see what FIRST has came up with this year!

We're gearing up for 2014

Even through kickoff is on January 4th, the team is already busy preparing for the 2014 season. Marketing is hard at work developing new communications channels, design is busy making buttons and posters to help spread the word, and the electrical, fabrication and mechanical teams are making a robot cart to help new members learn how to build a chassis. Programming is creating macros to make new functions easier to add and modify, and procurement is making sure we have all the supplies we need. Logistics is making sure we all stay on track, and our mentors and coaches are already contributing their time and talents to making 2014 the best year ever!
