The team attended FRC kickoff at The Ohio State University and found out the 2014 game is Aerial Assist! It was exciting to see so many FIRST teams gathered in one place to start the build season. Independence Hall was packed with students eagerly awaiting to see what the objective of their robot would be.
This years game requires teams to depend heavily on their alliance members to gain a substancial amount of points. More ponts are gained when robots assist the ball down the field. Watch the game animation below to learn more about the game. After kickoff, the team went to our high school to start brainstorming!
Our fabrication team will work to build a replica of these goals for the robot to practice with during build season. |
